Enchanting Orleans Vacation Cottage only 0.9 miles to picturesque Rock Harbor Beach and close to bike bath and Skaket Beach! This property is a bright summer retreat on Cape Cod! And the entire home will be cooled by central a/c in 2019 - even the porch!
Features include a remodeled kitchen with dishwasher, a cozy living area, TV, DVD player, and a three season porch which has a queen sleeper sofa, TV, and dining table. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and the second bedroom has a double bed.
Other amenities are WI-FI Internet Access, washer and dryer. Enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, patio with dining table for 4, expanded Cable TV channels, gas grill, and washer/dryer located in basement. The Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path is just around the corner at 0.3 miles away.
